Vanessia Davis is the Case Manager and Paralegal at Davis Law Collective LLC, bringing a unique blend of legal training, military discipline, and compassionate client care to her role. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran of eight years, Vanessa draws on her experience in service to approach each client interaction with integrity, calm under pressure, and a deep sense of responsibility.
With a strong foundation in legal studies and process-driven environments, Vanessia earned her Associate in Science in Legal Assistance/Paralegal from Seminole State College—an ABA-approved program where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, allowing her to expertly navigate legal technology and case management systems to keep client matters on track and organized.
Vanessia supports the firm’s estate planning and personal injury clients through every stage of the legal process. From preparing documents and coordinating communications to assisting with intake and follow-up, she ensures each client feels heard, supported, and informed. Her previous career in real estate further sharpened her attention to detail, client service, and ability to manage sensitive transactions, skills that now serve clients well in legal matters involving family, health, and legacy.
